Kate joined Carrot from Shandwick, where she directed a wide range of business-to-business, technology, corporate and consumer campaigns.
Her 12 years' experience in the PR industry have included campaigns for international £3bn IT services company, Atos Origin; TNT International; P&O; Nestle; Anheuser-Busch Theme Parks (SeaWorld and Busch Gardens, Florida); Hogg Robinson; BlackSpider Technologies; and search company, Overture.
Campaigns have included the acquisitions of KPMG Consulting and then SchlumbergerSema by Atos Origin; the rebrand of Overture from GoTo before its buy-out by Yahoo! for $1.6 bn; exploitation of Atos Origin's sponsorship of the Olympic Games and launch of email security specialist, BlackSpider Technologies.
During her time at Shandwick, Kate was instrumental in the development of a new audience-based approach to PR, which was adopted across the Shandwick network. She has spoken on UK approaches to PR at international industry events including the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
Prior to joining Shandwick, Kate trained at Edelman London.
