Some spokespeople are very confident and articulate when communicating their organisation's messages, others require a little help. This is why we run our invaluable Media Training service.
The half-day sessions are conducted with industry-respected journalists under a non-disclosure agreement.
The sessions use role play and cover what to say and, equally as important, what not to say; and provide practical interview techniques and tips. They also provide an excellent arena for testing company messages.
The session culminates in recorded studio interviews with the journalist. A two-minute, post-training video is also pushed either online or to mobile platforms, providing participants with reminders of the key points covered in the session.
