SUPPORTING GROWTH

We understand what it’s like to grow a business.

We’re growing our own technology business, too. Our MD, Kate Hartley, has co-founded (with Carrot client, The Social Element) a crisis simulation business, Polpeo.

This gives us a unique perspective on the requirements of a growing technology business.

OUR SERVICES

Effective communication starts conversations. It builds your reputation. It gives you a position and a voice in your market.

We believe that every business has an interesting story to tell. Our job is to find it and help you tell it in the most effective way.

COMPELLING CONTENT

Great content is at the heart of any growing business. It brings people into your world and gives them a reason to come back. We find, create and package the stories that bring your business to life. We can even run your blog for you, or create a content hub to produce daily or weekly content whether that’s written copy, podcasts or video.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING

Every company, no matter what size, should be prepared to face a crisis. Kate will work with you to create an effective crisis plan, so you can cope should the worst happen. We can also train your team in issues and crisis management, including running realistic crisis simulations in conjunction with our partner company, Polpeo.

POSITIONING AND MESSAGES

What do you want to be known for? Can you say what you do in a single sentence? We’ll help you define your offering and communicate it clearly.

MEDIA AND INFLUENCER RELATIONS

We have a dedicated media relations specialist on our team, so we understand what makes journalists or bloggers tick, and how to avoid the things they hate. We’ll always advise you on what makes a good story, and how to target it to the right people. We’ll also advise you on how to approach influencers in your industry.

SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT

It can be tough to tell your story over social media when you’re an early-stage company. We will advise you on how to approach social media, which channels are right for you, and how to connect with the right people. We create shareable content and can even run your social media accounts for you.

"EVERY GREAT RELATIONSHIP STARTS WITH AN INTERESTING CONVERSATION"
